Vero Beach Criminal Defense Lawyer Book Butler was recently quoted in an article appearing at Jacksonville.com concerning the federal trial of three Doctors, and one investor, on charges that they operated a “pill mill” in Jacksonville, Florida.
Attorney Brook Butler said of her client Jason Votrobek that he never should have been charged. “He provided start-up money to Rose before Jacksonville Pain and Urgent Care opened. My client has no medical background, He had no reason to believe these clinics were not legitimate.”
A federal jury acquitted her client of all charges on the third day of deliberation.
